About SheRise
SheRise is a heartwarming community project born from the vision of Future Gen!
SheRise is designed to make an inspirational and life changing impact on young females in Birmingham and its surrounding cities.
Our mission is to engage with black and dual heritage girls through a transformative ten-month programme, with a focus on empowering them to soar in personal development, life skills, while instilling the profound significance of self-love and acceptance.
SheRise Sunday Sessions
SheRise Sundays is the nurturing ground for love and positivity to flourish. Within this sanctuary, we've thoughtfully created a haven for SheRise girls to come together and partake in a wide array of enriching workshops and masterclasses, including creative art therapy, career and goal setting, and even a delightful cooking masterclass, among other workshops.
These remarkable sessions will take place on the first Sunday of each month, hosted in diverse local Birmingham venues.
Mentorship and life support .
SheRise our proud to present an exceptional mentorship programme tailored to provide support and guidance to our SheRise girls. With a team of highly experienced and accomplished mentors, our programme is designed to help young queens explore exciting career avenues and entrepreneurship opportunities. Offering expert guidance in overcoming life's challenges and equip our participants with invaluable skills and knowledge that foster self-love, self-esteem, and unwavering confidence.

The SheRise project serves a nurturing ground for building meaningful & healthy relationships.
With a close-knit & intimate group the SheRise girls will connect with other young queens and help each other grow & blossom through the project and beyond!
